Afro Genetic Seeds currently ships physical products only to:

  • The Netherlands
  • Germany

We do not ship to Belgium or any other countries at this time.

If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship to your location.

6. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is only accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • Payment is not completed
  • The product is unavailable
  • The delivery address is outside our shipping area
  • We suspect fraud, abuse or illegal use
  • There is an obvious error in price or product information
  • The customer does not meet the age requirement

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.

All prices are shown in euros.

Prices include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed through secure external payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own website.

We pack and ship orders carefully.

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
Germany: 2 to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Afro Genetic Seeds is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, incorrect addresses or events beyond our control.

9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, extra shipping costs for resending the order may be charged to the customer.

10. Right of Withdrawal

For physical products purchased online, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason.

To use this right, contact us within 14 days after delivery.

After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days.

Returned products should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging where possible.

If a product has been handled more than necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund based on the loss of value.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product or proof that it has been sent back.

Digital products, e-books, downloads and online course access are delivered digitally.

If you receive immediate access to digital content, you may lose your right of withdrawal once access or download has started, if you agreed to this during checkout.

  • Premium learning content
  • Membership content
  • Digital files

Digital products may not be copied, shared, resold, uploaded or distributed without written permission from Afro Genetic Seeds.

12. Memberships and Subscriptions

If Afro Genetic Seeds offers paid memberships or subscriptions, the price, duration and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically, depending on the plan selected.

Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next billing period if they do not want to continue.

Access to paid content may end when a subscription is cancelled, expired or unpaid.

13. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution where appropriate.
