Shipping
Afro Genetic Seeds currently ships to the Netherlands and Germany only.
We do not ship to Belgium or any other countries at this time.
All orders are packed carefully and shipped as discreetly as possible. After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. When tracking is available, you will also receive a Track & Trace link.
Estimated delivery times:
Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
Germany: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply in their own country, region or local area. Afro Genetic Seeds does not encourage or support any illegal use of its products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment.
If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship to your location.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days.
Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Once we have received the returned product, or proof that it has been sent back, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue, so we can help you quickly.
Digital Products, E-books and Courses
Digital products, downloads, e-books and online course access cannot be returned once access has started.
If instant access is provided, you may be asked during checkout to confirm that you agree to immediate digital delivery and understand that this may affect your right of withdrawal.
